Great Food For Your Tummy

We love all the foods "foodies" love.  But unfortunately gluten and (high lactose) dairy don't agree with us.  

We have created recipes that are gluten free and low or non-dairy (sometimes vegan), to appease our tummies! 

Our concept is generally simple, and pantry friendly.  Our measurements aren't exact, as we believe cooking (with the exception of baking), isn't an exact science.
